Stroop – How To Play

The game “Stroop!” is based on the Stroop Effect by John Ridley Stroop. This game was designed to test a user’s cognitive psychology and processing speed ability. The main objective of the game is to eliminate the color that do not match their text as this takes much longer to do than to eliminate colors that already match their text.

The game mechanics are as shown:

The game is very simple, the user simply has to tap on the words which colors don’t match their text and instantly get a point. The words with colors that already do match their text should be left alone as clicking them would end the game. In the screenshot below, the words with colors are shown passing the black boundary line:
